用途：用于挤出各种橡胶制品及供胶。
结构特点：

销钉式冷喂料挤出机选配不同的机头可挤制不同的橡胶半成品，或为压延机供胶。
机筒为分段式结构，喂料段机筒内带螺旋槽，它和旁压辊配合增强喂料能力，塑化段和挤出段的机筒上装有数量不等的销钉。
螺杆由进口CNC铣床加工、抛光、几何精度高，经氮化处理后具有良好的耐磨性。
减速机的齿轮采用合金钢硬齿面结构。
各部温度由热水循环装置分段自动控制。
本机采用直流电机拖动。
该机的优点是塑化效果好、挤出能力强，出胶温度低、运行平稳。
本公司还专门为销钉挤出机生产供料装置，输送胶片。

Structural Features:
